Using TrustCheck
TrustCheck helps analyze suspicious texts, emails, links, social posts, profiles, screenshots, and images. Results may include a trust score, verdict, warning signs, reassuring signs, and recommended next steps.
You are responsible for deciding what to do with the information TrustCheck provides. For banks, bills, accounts, health, legal, safety, or other important matters, contact the organization or professional through a trusted official channel.
No Professional Advice
TrustCheck does not provide legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, emergency, or other professional advice. Results can be incomplete, incorrect, or missing context. Do not rely on TrustCheck as your only source for high-stakes decisions.
AI and Accuracy
TrustCheck uses automated systems and AI providers to generate scam and authenticity analysis. AI output can be wrong. You should treat results as an aid for caution and verification, not a guarantee that something is safe or unsafe.
TrustCheck Plus Subscriptions
- TrustCheck Plus unlocks unlimited scam checks for texts, emails, and images.
- Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through your Apple Account.
- Prices, duration, and renewal details are shown in the app before purchase.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple's subscription settings.
- Refunds, billing, and cancellation rules are handled by Apple and may depend on your region.
Acceptable Use
Do not use TrustCheck to break the law, abuse the service, reverse engineer the app or backend, overload systems, submit content you do not have the right to submit, or use the service to create scams, phishing, harassment, or other harmful activity.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data TrustCheck handles, including submitted scan content, generated results, anonymous app identifiers, subscription status, optional feedback, and support emails.
Changes and Availability
TrustCheck may change, suspend, or stop parts of the service. These terms may be updated from time to time. If the terms change materially, the updated terms will be posted here with a new date.
