Get help with purchases, confusing results, share-sheet issues, or anything that does not feel right. Include an email if you would like a reply.

Submit a bug or share a feature idea

Tell us what went wrong or what would make TrustCheck better. The description is required; your name and email are optional.

Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full account numbers, or private documents. Read the Privacy Policy to learn how support requests are handled.

Purchases and subscriptions

TrustCheck Plus is managed through Apple. You can restore any plan from the app, and manage or cancel monthly and yearly subscriptions through Apple's subscription settings.

Unexpected results

TrustCheck can miss context. For banks, bills, accounts, health, or legal matters, confirm through an official channel.

Privacy requests

Use the support form for deletion requests or privacy questions, and read the Privacy Policy.

You can also review the Terms and Conditions. Support requests are routed through Issued so replies stay connected to the original ticket.
